*I appreciate how much of a financial commitment regular therapy is and accessibility is important to me. I have availability for some sliding scale fees based on financial need, prioritized for clients without benefits and/or who face systemic barriers. My hope is that those who can afford my services based on access to benefits or financial security will feel okay about paying full fee in order to support accessibility for others.
-
I see clients on weekdays with varying hours across 9am-5pm, with very limited evening availability.
Virtual sessions are available Mondays through Fridays.
Through our consultation, we will determine if you want to meet virtually, in-person, or a combination of both, and how to best schedule the frequency and days/times of our sessions according to your and my availability.
-
My virtual sessions are hosted through the Jane app, which is a secure platform for video calls, booking, billing, etc. Once we schedule our appointment, a link to the call will be emailed just before we meet. You will require a computer, tablet, or phone with a working microphone, camera, a reliable internet connection, and a private location for the virtual sessions.
-
Please provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellation so I can offer the time to other clients. There is a session fee for late cancellation, but the fee will be waived if we can reschedule within the next 2 weeks. Full fee will be charged for no-shows, so it’s always best to reach out by email or text if you need to cancel.
-
Email is the best way to contact me, as I check it as often as I can throughout the day between sessions. I do not always check email on evenings or weekends, but I try to respond to all messages in a timely manner.
