  • A mandatory cleaning fee of £35.00 is charged per stay.
  • One set of bed linen and two sets of towels are included in the price, with additional sets charged at £50.00 per set.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 (per week booked) is required to confirm the booking, with the balance being paid four weeks before arrival.
  • A refundable security deposit of £150.00 to cover breakages, excessive cleaning, replacement keys etc. is also taken four weeks prior to arrival, and will be refunded within two weeks of your return (subject to inspection)
